Even though Halton Healthcare has not agreed to participate in Central Bargaining with Local 815, Halton Healthcare does sit at the Ontario Hospital Association (OHA) Table with our Sister Local, 145 Georgetown Hospital. In addition to this, any gains made by OCHU will be reflected in our collective agreement in a "me too" agreement. Therefore it is essential that we support OCHU in their fight against the OHA in Central Negotiations.
