Moving Into 2026 With Your New Stewards and Officers

Notice to Members

Our elected union representatives play an important role in advocating for both our members and the public health care system. Together, they support members in the workplace, help uphold our collective agreement, and ensure concerns are heard and addressed.

Beyond the workplace, this group also advocates for strong public health care, safe staffing levels, and adequate funding so patients and communities receive the care they deserve.

Working collectively, they strengthen our union and our shared voice in protecting quality health care for all.

About CUPE 815

CUPE 815 represents more than 1500 healthcare support workers from Halton Healthcare Milton and Oakville sites.

These workers include RPNs, Unit Clerks, Trades People, Food Services, MDR, Stores, and Housekeeping.

CUPE advocates for workers who deliver the public services people depend on. Our members work in hospitals, schools, municipalities, and many other public spaces.

We help our members provide the highest level of service by ensuring they are safe and healthy at work, and that they get fair pay and benefits for the services they provide.

We also advocate for better public services, like improvements to public health care and to the Canada Pension Plan, that would improve our communities and the lives all Canadians.

We acknowledge that Halton Region is on the traditional territory of Indigenous peoples, including the Mississaugas of the Credit, and we are grateful to share this land today.
