Local bylaws govern the way Local 815 conducts it's affairs. These can be amended after being presented and voted on by the General Membership at a General Membership Meeting or Special meeting, then being approved by CUPE National A current copy of the Bylaws can be found on our website here. (Login to Member Portal Required) The CUPE Constitution governs the way CUPE as a whole conducts it's affairs. Amendments to the constitution can only happen at a CUPE National Convention, which happens every 2 year.
